Bright Matter Announces Sale of 'Sister Company' ATW to IRIS Software Group

The directors and owners of Bright Matter are happy to announce the sale of Chichester based ATW Information Technology Systems Ltd to the IRIS Software Group. ATW was first established in 1983 and continued to grow as an IT service business, accounting software reseller, network support provider, bespoke software development house and web marketing company.

The web marketing team formally split from ATW in September 2008 to become ATW Web Marketing Ltd T/A Bright Matter, leaving ATW Information Technology Systems Ltd’s core activities focused around IRIS Exchequer Software.

As a leading reseller of the IRIS Exchequer accounting software product, the purchase of ATW by IRIS is therefore a natural progression. The message from IRIS to ATW’s customers’ is “business as usual” as they integrate the ATW team.

Bright Matter and IRIS will continue to work closely together. Bright Matter has a talented team of web designers and developers as well as an extensive knowledge of search that is incorporated into every build. Working alongside IRIS Bright Matter will offer a full circle ecommerce business solution, integrating search engine marketing and web sales to order processing and stock management.
